5 Guilt-free summer desserts

I've never been a big fan of low-fat desserts, but with bikini season in full swing I decided to give them another try. Here are 10 amazing summer desserts that will help you ditch the sarong while you feed your sweet tooth.

1. Cherry Almond Crumble
With 6 grams of fat and 296 calories, this crumble is not going to crumble your diet plans.

2. Bev's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate chip cookies are always "in season" and who can resist a 98 calories cookie (5 grams of fat) that is actually amazing?

3.This Buttermilk Cake with Strawberries may come with a little guilt (7 grams of fat and 325 calories) but it's probably the tastiest and healthiest spin on a strawberry shortcake you're going to find.

4 This Key Lime Meringue Cake weighs in at 5 grams of fat and 239 calories. Not bad.

4 grams of fat and 187 calories is the price you pay for EatingWell's rich Frozen Rasperry Mousse.

If after eating only healthy desserts, you still want a cover-up with serious style, check these out.

Hey there! You have to click on the title of the recipe to get to the actual recipe. Annoying, i know! I did it so that the post wasn't terribly long and you could scan easily to choose which recipe you want.

Americans sure love eating contests but where's the line between healthy competition and gross overindulgence? On that note, would you eat a 72 ounce steak in under an hour if it was absolutely free?
