This is the time of year where friends and families come together in the form of BBQ’s due to the beautiful and warm weather.
From the burgers to the brats and the common side dishes such as baked beans, macaroni salad etc., BBQ dishes can become dull since the same dishes are always passed around. How about something unique and different to add to the mix?

Linds, That recipe looks delicious. I love pineapples and cream cheese, but never would have thought to put them together. I'll have to try it.
If you need another easy recipe to take to barbeques or other gatherings, one of my family favorites is chicken and cabbage salad. There's something about the combination of ramen noodles (!!) and toasted sunflower seeds, almonds, and sesame seeds that makes it taste unbelievable delicious.
