Bobby’s Bonus Recipe: White Chocolate Whipped Cream

TIP:  Check out my variation for my Gingerbread Trifle.  Can’t find store-bought lemon curd?  Then swap in White Chocolate Whipped Cream. For an even faster dessert, just add a dollop to a wine glass filled with berries. Instant holiday flair!

White Chocolate Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

    * 2 ½ cup cold heavy cream 
    *1 ½ ounces premium white chocolate, melted 
    * 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

(1.)    Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat, using the whip attachment, until soft peaks form. 

(2.)    Serve in place of Lemon-Curd Whipped Cream for Gingerbread Trifle, or over a glass of berries.
