Delicious: Easy herbed chicken tenders, in the toaster oven

It's not just because he has the most caramel-luscious, sticky-delicious accent you've ever heard in your life. Or because he's adorable, and French, and adorably French and looks so good in an apron. It's not his knife skills. Though knife skills are really hot. What made me love the Avec Eric cooking blog is the fact that fancy-pants chef guy, he cooks with the toaster oven. I could cook with a toaster oven! We can trade recipes for bagels with cream cheese. And then he'd smack me across the back of the head with a dishtowel and say, in that honey-thick accent, You must cook the real food! And then he'd take my hand and teach me to make herb-roasted chicken tenders. Even though they are so blindingly easy I could have probably figured it out on my own, even. But who am I to turn down the hand of a dreamy Frenchman in an apron?

Cook the real food with these easy recipes that don't rely upon prepackaged groceries.

All the recipes on the site look easy enough to tackle but challenging enough to make you feel like you are a culinary superstar, and the videos are entertaining (and oddly absorbing), while the notes on the blog are detailed and informative, and have I mentioned the adorable Frenchman?
