Delicious: Grilled Cheeses from Our Kitchen Sink

We love all kinds of grilled cheeses here at elastic waist, and rightly so. Cheese is one of nature's greatest gifts, as you are aware if you are a right-thinking person. But the addition of butter and melty goodness, delicious, delicious bread and the happiness that is frying things up in a pan? Well, it can only make things better. In fact, it can escalate the goodness to such great heights that you will have trouble breathing, which might actually be part of the heart attack that comes from inhaling fried butter and cheese, but at least you really lived before you died, and then you died happy. At least, that's what I'll keep telling myself.
Our Kitchen Sink provides another way to inch yourself closer to your happy demise--the very gourmet, not-your-mama's-grilled-cheese Spiced-Up version, via Amy's Bread via Bon Appetit, lovingly recreated by one of our new favorite food bloggers. Look at those pictures, read that recipe, and then try to tell yourself that you're not having grilled cheese for dinner, with the inspired addition of this tomato soup recipe as a side for dippin'. Oh yes.
