Delicious: The mojito sorbet

Sorbet! We approve of
sorbet! It is slushy and fruity and delicious.
Mojitos! We approve of mojitos! They are limey, and minty, and
refreshing. Also, they have alcohol in them. What if...what if you were
some kind of genius, and you thought to yourself, "I know--I will take
the
refreshing slushiness of a sorbet, combine it with the refreshing
mintiness of an exciting
alcoholic drink." Why then, you would be
Dragon of
Dragon's Kitchen, and also a genius.
The recipe is
incredibly simple and quick,
though it requires an
ice cream maker, boo. But if you go get one
tomorrow morning, and then pop this recipe in your freezer tomorrow
afternoon, you'll have minty, rummy sorbet for your Saturday night
dinner. There is possibly no better way to end a weekend evening.
