Easiest and best Shrimp dish ever!

user

I love seafood and thank goodness for that great standby cream of mushroom soup!

Saute a few chopped onions,(any kind), finely chopped celery, about a  quarter cup, I also like to add some fresh mushrooms. If adding about a lb uncooked shrimp add and cook till almost done. Sometimes I use half scallops. You can also use precooked shrimp just add after the sauce is made. Add one can cream of mushroom soup, generous tablespoon of ketchup, tablespoon of worchestershire sauce, 3/4 cup water and dry white wine or sherry till sauce is the right thickness. Heat to a low bubble. Serve over rice with a sprinkle of Old Bay and a salad on the side.
