Egg Bake

-Monica Sims, www.bettyconfidential.com

This is a great brunch meal - you can easily double or triple it for a large group; or keep it as is, and feed a small group. I've even had this for dinner, and it's great - also perfect to assemble the night before and then put in the fridge until morning. Then all you have to do is bake! You can find this recipe in the Woman's Day Cookbook.

Ingredients:

French or Italian bread cut into 1/2 inch slices
mustard
4 oz ham
cheese (1/2 - 1 c depending on how much you like cheese)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
