Snacking like a supermodel just got easier. In addition to posing as the face of Estée Lauder, Elizabeth Hurley has added “farmer” to her résumé. The model bought a 400-acre farm in Gloucestershire about five years ago and raises a rare breed of Gloucester cattle. She put the farm under conversion; today it has full organic status and she sells the meat to butchers and restaurants in the area. Keep reading.
