Also try the Butter Ponchatrain on scallops. Just wrap the scallops in precooked bacon using tooothpicks to hold bacon on and put foil on grill and pour a small amount of white wine on foil then grill the the Butter Ponchatrain scallops on the foil until done and finsh at the end directly on the grill. YUMMY I promise :o)
