In a perfect world, mac & cheese would be calorie free, but sadly, it is not, here's an insanely good version that isn't calorie free, but that's much healthier than the original.
1/2 box of whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheddar
1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Vegan Jack
1/2 cup soy creamer
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Boil water for pasta. Meanwhile, combine "cheese", soy creamer, and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring with whisk often, for 3-4 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta and enjoy!
