The Evil of one Night

So, two days ago... I had some tortilla chips. Yeah, big deal. And I went to a party at night. So I had some soup there, a little piece of bread and two big pretzel sticks. Guess what, the next day I weight like three pounds more. I thought, Holy C***, where does all this weight come from.

The next day I have been eating really good. As a reward I lost like two of those pounds. Today I still have to eat really good so I get down to my weight.

But what happened? I just had some tortilla chips. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. Sucks. Makes me mad. Three pounds to work of from these terrible tasting chips and this mediocre soup. Grr. I am upset.

This is what I didn't eat:
A piece of that amazing looking cake they had.
Little goodies of chocolate, there were three bowls of them standing around.
Soda, Coke, you name it.

I thought I did okay, but that didn't work out at all.

hahaha, but you do need to treat yourself every once in a while..as long as you eat during the day..just not night..

i treat myself to some good food, not necessary junk (steak, taco, hot dog) every now and then *um, usually once a week, haha..but i usually eat it during the lunch hour, never past 5pm!
