This is my plan and I'm sticking to it!!!
The easiest way I have found to keep my weight in check is not to
eat after 5 PM, 3 PM is even better then I don't eat again
until the next morning. Do that a couple of days in a row or every
few days depending on what you are trying to achieve. What I like
best about this plan is I can eat normally and, anything
I want that way I don't feel deprived at all. It is especially
good for that time around your period when you want to eat all the
junk food you can.
