tipping on the job

For years I have heard all the reasons people should tip,I dont care what kind of a job you have tipping should not be expected, people should tip because they want to not that its a percentage of the bill, and you all know you people put presure on your customers  to tip.Iv worked all kinds of jobs when they tipped I was thankful and when they didnt oh well. But for years people were cheating irs and not claiming any tips and that was ok now you have to pay taxes on tips irs thinks you made will u cheated in the first place, so im not going to pay for that, get a collage education and maybe you wont have to work those jobs  you are paid a min wage in the first place then you want a tip on top of that people who work drive threw windows dont get tips ,field workers dont get tips and they work harder then waitress,when I eat somewhere I dont feel like leaving a tip I dont but I know better not to return r u will spit in my food. Clark Gable never tipped he worked to hard to give it away so do I .I feel the same tipping is bull s--- there are plenty of jobs that are harder then working in the food service dept which Iv done I never expect or demand a tip.
