Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken wings
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Instructions:
Spray the cooking tray with Pam, then mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees then lay the chicken evenly onto the tray. Bake for about 45 minutes, and turn the chicken over and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
