Ingredients:


6 pieces of chicken tender (cut into thin slices)
3 cup of Chinese cabbage
2 1/2 cup of broccoli
1/2 medium size white onion
1 carrot
2 tsp of salt
1 tbs soy sauce
1 3/4 tsp of corn starch
1/3 cup of chicken broth

Direction:

1. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp corn starch the chicken in a bowl and mix well.
2. Bring about a quart of slightly salted water to a boil, add the broccoli and cook for about 1 minute, and drained the water.
2. Cut the carrot in a thin slices, cut the Chinese cabbage in 1 inch thick, and the onion in 1/2 thick
3. Using a big wok or a big skillet, add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a medium heat, add chicken and cover for about 5 minutes stir occasionally, cook for about 5-7 minutes or when the chicken look cooked; Add all the vegetables and turn heat to high, add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes, mix 1 1/4 tsp of corn starch with chicken broth, pour into the skillet, mix well, and cook for about 2 minutes. remove from the stove immediately.
