It's a great time to check up on your nutrition and health.
Stock up on fish oil, multivitamin and Calcium for women. Walk to
the market today and buy some whole grains, nuts, fruits and
veggies.
Here's a hot menu plan for today:
Breakfast - puffed cereal (1/2 c.) and peppermint herbal tea
Lunch - Turkey Sandwich with Chipotle Sauce
Snack - Shrimp with Horseradish Cocktail Sauce
Dinner - BBQ Chicken and Veggies
Dessert - Red Wine
