This side dish is so easy to prepare, you will make this all the
time. Serve with soup and salad for a great healthy dinner.
You can also add shredded cheddar cheese when it comes out of the
oven. But you certainly don't have to. They are delicious
plain!
Seasoned Red Potatoes
You will need the following:
- 12-14 small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place potatoes in an ungreased 3 qt. baking pan.
- In a small bowl, mix oil, butter, and spices.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes. Stir after about 30
minutes.
This serves 5 people.
