So, it's Friday and I bet you wish you were hopping a flight to
some cool island, but alas..uh..no..more like cleaning, grocery
and/or birthday present shopping.
Here are two cool drinks that are too easy to make and go
down quickly like you were on vacation..
Malibu Limeade
*Malibu Coconut Rum
*Minute Maid Limeade or Cherry Limeade
Malibu Punch
*Malibu Coconut Rum
*Capri Sun "Tropical Morning" flavor
Take a rocks or juice glass (pretty much a 12oz glass).
Fill the glass completely with ice (make sure that
it's not watery). Add a shot (1 ounce) of Rum and fill
the rest of the glass with juice.
That's it!
Make it a double..double and make it tall. Do what you like.
St. Lucia, Bahamas..whatever...enjoy..

Want to thank you for your comments over at my Good Housekeeping/Shine blog.
I also want to thank you for this fabulous recipe! I am the worst at these little details - drinks/appetizers/etc. I can't even believe they haven't taken away my GoodHousekeeing membership card yet!
But one day... ONE day I will surprise Rex (he's really James... shhh... I write in code) with a fabulous concoction like the one here.
