User post: Weekend Cooking | Grilled Tofu with Asiago & Pesto
user
A lot of people have an odd attitude about tofu, particularly men
who are big meat eaters. The irony is that tofu is like an
innocent bystander in the culinary world - glibly taking on the
flavor and texture of whatever you're making. So if you
work a slice or two of tofu into a recipe and you're not happy
with the flavor or texture, could be your recipe, not the
tofu. Here is a flavorful recipe that you'll love if you
like the bold flavor of pesto.

Looks and sounds wonderful. Tofu is really very good, just depends on how you prepare it. I will definitely try this.

No, but only because most pesto has pine nuts and I am DEATHLY allergic to pine nuts. Other than that I eat tofu a lot since I am a vegetarian.

Looks and sounds amazing. My husband is not afraid to eat tofu. I'm a vegetarian but he's a chef who grew up in a Lebanese family eating raw lamb on holidays, so he has a wild palette.
I seriously love pesto and pine nuts.
We're having t.v.p tacos tonight with fresh cilantro and now I'm just hungry thinking about fresh herbs. :)
