Maybe it's just because I haven't had a drink since October (I'm pregnant), but when the gang over at Skyy Vodka sent along these cocktail recipes, which they concocted in honor of the upcoming movie "He's Just Not That Into You", I practically started drooling on my keyboard. Yumm! They sound tasty. I'll have to file the recipes away for next year, when hopefully I'll be able to indulge again.
He's Into You
1 oz Skyy Infusions Passion Fruit Vodka
1 oz raspberry liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a mixing pint filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
He's Just Not That Into You
2 oz Skyy Infusions Grape Vodka
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz Cointreau
2 oz 7-Up
Combine all but 7-Up in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a martini glass, and top with 7-Up. Garnish with a lemon twist.
