Weeknight bbq: healthy dins in minutes

Grilling should not be reserved for weekend tiki lights and corona action. It's healthy and quick - what more could you want after a long workday? From fish to veg, here are 5 grilling recipes that are perfect for the mellow, "I don't want to deal" nights. If you want to include a corona and or tiki light, go for it, but no pressure.



Grilled scallops with tomato onion relish





Pork tenderloin with rhubarb shallot compote



Mediterranean portobello burger



Dill salmon

    The recipes sound great! I get a lot of my recipes from the food channel. A lot of them are quickand easy just like these. Look like it will be a yummy filling weekend!!

    I'm not sure I could cook them being that I'm not all that great at cooking but the food looks really good. Maybe I'll give it a try!!!

    That looks great but some ingredients seemed hard to buy at some grocery stores & have to make time to find it. You could alternate with something easier, convenient & probably cheaper. But thanks for the recipes!
