What is cooking today ?

As I am new to this blog stuff, although not new to sharing my opinion. As a Psy and Soc major in college, and computers were a hobby. I have a very diversified subjuect range, but will try to keep it to the kitchen and the ever changing subjects for a cook ( I am not a chef) and serving resturaunt style food for dinners will trying to stay healthy and with in a budget. I am a Food Network long time viewer and have opinions as to where the network is headed. Sometimes you will see it stated here and in several forums. The best show the network has brought out is Secrets of a Resturaunt chef with Anne Burrell, and actual chef teaching us how to cook like a chef.  As for my kitchen, I enjoy it, but there are changes that it needs to fill my needs or should I say wants. I will discuss this in upcoming post, to all HAVE a good day, keep it positive, and most of all share the love
