with those portions, they would either be considered APPETIZERS,not MEALS,or you would be anorexic...geez..where's the REST of the meal?

there's so little food,i guess that's why they dont need to post the nutritional info for it.face it,6 green beans and 3 thin slices of meat do NOT constitute a meal!

Gee, take it easy. First, I think it's understood that most of these are entrees, not entire meals. Second, if you really think half a pound of pork chops or a quarter of a chicken is an appetizer, you are likely to put on a few pounds when you get a little older and find you have less time to be active. Third, you do know how to multiply by two to increase serving size if you really need more food than this, don't you?

Tofu? Orrechiette With Broccoli Rabe? Pleeeese! There are a million healthy dishes out there to feed your family, quit trying to foist some of this crap on the public. How about some good old American meat and potato dishes, something the family would actually like. Tofu? My achin' butt!

If you don't know anyone who has eaten tofu get on a bus, ride a few miles, get out, and I bet you will meet someone who has. All of these meals are healthy AND delicious. Americans are so completely obsessed with being thin, yet the majority eat grossly unhealthy foods! Portions are so large at restaurants that we get used to stuffing ourselves to the point of obesity! Then we complain that we are fat! What hypocrites!

None of this stuff looks all that appealing. I know that the only thing my husband might try is the Turkey Burger... otherwise he'd starve to death! These meals aren't even balanced!

I also love how a lot of people who plead to go green, drink green tea and water out of a bottle! As if that's going green... ugh.
