Maybe this is what it feels like when you settle into a routine -- it is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit. And, a friend of mine gave me some good advice, which was not to obsess over the weight gain or loss. She told me just to do the best I can and go with the flow. That feels right.

Report AbuseDayra B, I am sure that you will be resilient! I am the eternal optimist, which is part of what keeps me going. I have already planned out my next week, contingencies and all!
