12 - Week Transformation: WEEK #4

Week number four came and went without much fanfare.  Due to Valentine's Day, we did not have group coaching or a weigh-in.  However, I do feel that I have gotten back on track.  No bad food days, and I worked out four days over the course of the week.  My dress slacks are feeling loose in the waist and hips.  It was a good week.

Maybe this is what it feels like when you settle into a routine -- it is said that it takes 21 days to form a habit.  And, a friend of mine gave me some good advice, which was not to obsess over the weight gain or loss.  She told me just to do the best I can and go with the flow.  That feels right.

    i know the 21 days part scares me 2! wow ur doing great i hope i can have as much resilience as you !

    Dayra B, I am sure that you will be resilient! I am the eternal optimist, which is part of what keeps me going. I have already planned out my next week, contingencies and all!
