    You should put a disclaimer on these type of posts to "check with your MD before taking this advice" as you could be getting a lot of people sick with telling them to PUSH THE POTASSIUM to get a flat tummy. As a Registered Nurse I think you are practicing medicine without a license and should watch out. Seriously, if someone follows this advice and gets in touble you could be in trouble too.

    Did you know you can DIE from drinking too much water? This is something college students participate in as part of HAZING and people with SCHIZOPHRENIA often do to kill themselves. Water is free and it kills if consumed in excess. Check out the facts.
