We know, we know. Breakfast is essential. And I know that well enough that I do eat breakfast every day. On the rare days I don't, I can tell the difference and feel jittery, groggy or just famished by noon. My real problem is that I get stuck in a breakfast rut of eating the same boring thing day after day for weeks and weeks.

How can we be sure to not only eat the most important meal of the day but also enjoy it? Here are four healthy, tasty breakfasts that will you will look forward to far more than the same old oatmeal you've been eating all month. Whether you enjoy these on the go or over coffee and conversation, you'll feel good about getting these in first thing.

Find the recipes linked below, then be sure to tell us what's cooking for breakfast at your house.

Hey! Thats great. I hate eating cold cereal. It always leaves me really hungry not even two hours after I eat it. I really look at it as a waste of time. Thank you for the suggestions though.

I can't wait to try this. I love quinoa with spices and chopped tomatoes, so this is totally out of the norm for me.

These recipes look great, but part of the reason why I'm always stuck eating cold cereal is because I don't have the time to prepare breakfast before work. And I certainly don't want to have to cook breakfast the evenings prior - when I just get done cooking dinner! On the flip side, it's always nice to have some other breakfast recipes in your back pocket. I'll be home soon on maternity leave, so it might be fun to treat myself!
