Food temptations are everywhere during the holidays. Below are tips from Biggest Losers on how to enjoy the holidays and still keep your program intact.

- Don’t go to the party or holiday meal famished. Being too hungry will set you up for gorging. Focus on those foods that you love, eat slowly, and give yourself permission to savor them. Another strategy is to bring some of your own healthy food to share.

- Try to arrange activities with your friends that don’t include food, such as going to the movies, a concert, or a play—or do something active together, like skiing or ice-skating. This strategy works all the time, not just around the holidays.

    HELLO I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY THIGH AND MY TUMMY. I DON'T CARE HOW HARD I TRY . THE WEIGHT STAY ON!

    hi i weight 110 kg i need to loose weight fast i have shortness of breath .i now gym 3 times a week but still no effect on my body.i need help

    I want to loose 15 lbs but it seems impossible.. I need help! can someone give me tips on this.. I know exactly what to eat but I choose not to.. any psychological tips? mental? motivational?

    what diet can you suggest me were i need not in take supplements

    i have been doing gym for past 1 and half years and recently i have also joined kick boxing

    and the improvement in my body is minimum

    iam 49ys and i have great desire to lose wet, however i walk out for about 30 minutes in the morngs, this does not realy do much for me .pls give me a strict advise as any rigourous execise usually affects my heart.
