Report AbuseThis is the first time i have ever heard of a spinning bike, never seen them either. We have a very small gym in town, and it's in the school, so time is limited too. I just took the radiation treatment to kill my thryoid, way out of control, but I still can't get motivated to work out. It's too soon for synthetics, so I am just dying of being weak. Anyone out there have a work out for me? It's been over a year with this sickness that I haven't been able to do much.

Report AbuseI like this tip. Very simple and straightforward. However, I'm not sure they have this type of bike at my gym? Are all bikes the same? I will be looking for it though and try this out! Also, what level do you have to be on for that 500 calories? Hm....something to think about think about though.

Report AbuseI think the way they abuse the people on Biggest Loser is great! In fact, they should push them more than they do now.
