Biggest Loser Club: Fake it 'til you make it

Losing weight is as much about the head and heart as the body. Bob talks about the confidence game.

Biggest Loser trainers reveal below two of their favorite moves for flattening your abs -- no matter what your fitness level.

- Get on the ball

Do 5 to 8 minutes of crunches on a stability ball to isolate the transverse abdominis and rectus abdominis, the muscles that go straight across and up and down your abs.

- Ride on
Do up to 10 minutes of bicycle pedaling in the air while you are lying on your back to work your abdominals.

I completely agree, it's starts with the first decision to "feel" confident. To be a person you "wish" to be, you first have to start acting like like that certain person. Not easy...because you have been with you for a very long time.

I am so sick of Ron, how can he go on the biggest looser and let his youngest son stay home. And Mike can't stand to look at his brother because it makes him sick. I think they are both the biggest loosers, and I am not talking weight.
