Biggest Loser trainers reveal below two moves for
flattening your abs--no matter what your fitness level.
Captain's Chair
Sit up straight on weight bench or chair. Grip the sides of bench
to stabilize upper body. Slowly draw knees up toward chest. Hold,
then lower slowly, keeping the motion of legs very controlled.
Concentrate on using the strength of the abs to avoid straining
lower back.
Beginner: 1 set of 10 to 12 reps
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps
Advanced: 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps, with ankle weights or
holding arms out to sides
Reverse Crunches
Lie on exercise mat or carpet with arms at sides. Lift legs into
air with knees bent at 90 degrees. Slowly, flex abs and press back
into the floor, flattening arch in low back. Lift hips 2 to 4
inches off the floor. Hold, then lower slowly back to starting
position.
Beginner: 1 set of 10 to 12 reps
Intermediate: 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps
Advanced: 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps, on stability

Keeping off the good food is really hard during the holiday season and with lots of family activities, fitting the gym into my schedule is just impossible. What i do is i just take a bite of every thing i like or eat in small portions so i don't feel deprived and avoid overeating later. If the buffet table is long, this trick will make me full even before i can start thinking of dessert! i also volunteer to watch the overactive nieces and nephews. Running around after them gives me a full workout in no time!

Sayre.mary, I agree with you. Although you can induce a natural high from some good exercise, loving and being loved is some good medicine.

Loosing weight is very much tough if it once on the process; but there is only one way to loose weight, that is to cut down calories from the daily diet; it is practically experienced by me; daily fat burning aerobics is a must; followed by cutting down the amount of food in your daily from your meals;
