Biggest Loser Club: Staying on track

Ever known anyone who gained all their weight back? Yep, so have we. Bob tells you how to not be one of them.

Biggest Loser trainers reveal below two of their favorite moves for flattening your abs -- no matter what your fitness level.

- Sit and sculpt
Use a stability ball instead of a chair to work your abs all day long. It's a wonderful way to engage your muscles without having to think about it.

- Raise a foot
To tone your tummy, raise one foot off the ground as you do curls or overhead presses. Repeat 10 times on each foot

    Word from the Doctor's Office...

Calories in /Calories out is not the only factor in dieting. Everyone makes it out to be so simple,

but it's not. Get your thyroid checked as well as your insulin (not glucose but insulin). If these are out of whack losing weight is near impossible. As soon as my insulin levels (metabolic syndrome) were right I lost weight. Good Luck to you.

I am 29 and went through a divorce after a ten yr marriage from hell and then my ex-husband killed himself it has been a year and I have went from a size 20 to a 12 with working out three times a week and eating healthier but I am at a flat line I guess because no matter what I try the last 40 ponds just isn't coming off. I no longer have the time to go to the gym since I am attending college full time and have three kids and work part time. Any suggestions?

It's all about moderation and being happy with what you have.

No, not everyone is going to be slim and what is narrowly classified as 'beautiful.' But so what? I'm considered just under the overweight mark according to my BMI but I'm not going to lose sleep over a stupid number.

I don't even own a scale. It's just another number. I measure my progress from the mirror. It gives me a better view of results and pushes me more when I can SEE the improvement.

The food we eat in America is Horrable for us. In Europe they serve small portions, dont use trans fats and cook with natural ingrediants. Check out Hydrogenated corn syrup. It is terrable for our bodies, not to mentian preservatives. Lets stand up for our children getting diabeties at alarming rates and make a change for the future!!

Am 47 doing exercise regularly but not that much severe. I cannot say 'no' to my friend or relative when invited for the parties and gathering, and I too invite them for the same. After all what's life if we go on strict diet without a mixing and jovial get together? Healthy body keeps us sound, sound body and a sound mind can be taken as beautiful. bye
