Hello there,
This has been discussed a thousand times but always leaves me with
a doubt. The more I try to solve this mystery - cardio or weight
training, the more I get confused. Yes it is true to have a balance
of both but what lifestyle do you follow? To loose weight fast some
ppl vouch for cardio some swear by weight training..
