Eat Like Me: A big salad (lunch 5/13/08)
I got out of the house and to my appointment on time, but I couldn't get
to the gym afterward so I think I am going to go a little later on. It
is still very windy - there were whitecaps in the harbor - so
Bruce and
I are taking our little
walks around the block instead. I may get him
up to the park later on since at least it is a little warmer today than
yesterday so the wind does not go right through you. While I was out I
grabbed myself
a big salad for
lunch - it's just the easiest way to get
in my veggies with no work involved. Now it's back to work for a little
while so that I can get my day over with earlier than yesterday.
