Eating Dark Chocolate
We know dark chocolate is healthier than milk chocolate. However, this does not mean go crazy eating dark chocolate. Remember portion control is key to living a health lifestyle. Dark chocolate still has about 150 calories per oz--with some dark chocolate bars totaling 500 calories per package. Considering that the normal caloric intake is 2000 calories per day. I would rather not consume a quarter of my daily calories on one bar--chocolate or not.
