If you’re Canadian and have been on the WeightWatchers.ca website, then you already know that the new plan to be unveiled at meetings starting on Sunday is called Momentum. I’ve compiled a brief list of the basics based both on the website AND on tweets from someone in the know who is part of the WW twitter group I belong too (pssssst . . . join us if you like!).
A brief summary of the first information on the Momentum program:
- Points are staying; we’ll still be tracking our food and beverage intake.
- There will only be one plan—as many of us theorized—which will combine the best elements of Flex and Core.
