We guess it was just a matter of time. Heidi Pratt (formerly Montag) is developing a series of downloadable workout routines with trainer Chad Waterbury. The exercises will be based on the 90-minute strength and conditioning routine she does five times a week, and she'll also be giving diet tips that go with the food guidelines she follows (which we bet are not nearly has fun as our Cheater's Diet.) We're just excited to see what outfits she wears. Based on her first music video....we'll just say, this should be interesting.

Not quite sure if you can concentrate on your workout while Heidi stares back at you?  Try 3 recessionista workout moves that we love.

Curiousity here: who has an extra hour and a half a day (Sure, its five days a week, not seven. But at least three of those days have to be during the workweek since there are only two days to the weekend!) to spend on their exercise routine? I'm lucky to have time to squeeze in a half hour run three or four days a week, including weekends...so really, I'd probably find her videos useless!

OMG, has anybody clicked on her video?? It's terrible! I hope her workout videos are more entertaining then her music video.
