We guess it was just a
matter of time. Heidi Pratt (formerly Montag) is developing a
series of downloadable
workout
routines with trainer Chad Waterbury. The exercises will be
based on the 90-minute strength and conditioning routine she does
five times a week, and she'll also be giving diet tips that go
with the food guidelines she follows (which we bet are not nearly
has fun as our
Cheater's Diet.)
We're just excited to see what outfits she wears. Based on
her first music
video....we'll just say, this should be interesting.
