Fresh Fitness Tips: Post-baby ab workout

My core needs strengthening! According to my midwife, to avoid back issues after having a baby it's really important to tighten up the mid-section. So, today I grabbed my stability ball and two three pound weights, and worked my post baby belly while my mom entertained my boys. My favorite new move: the crunch and punch from the Burn Fat Fast workout.

*Abs on a stability ball tops a regular floor workout because in order to maintain balance on the ball you have to recruit more muscles to work.
