her dear friend Michael Jackson, she displayed awesomely toned
arms. How did she do it?

What do you mean, 'how does she do it?' You lift weights! It's the only way to build muscle and tone your arms. If you want arms like Michelle and Brooke's (and mine, if I do say so myself) there are no shortcuts, you simply have to work out. Side raises, front raises, bicep curls, tricep extensions. . .all of those muscles work together to form great arms.
