HCG Diet Journal: Shopping for Stage One, FAT LOADING! - number 4

This is quoted directly from the pamphlet that I received as a resource to my diet…

“Stage One Loading of the Normal Reserves

One cannot keep a patient comfortable on the LCD (Low Calorie Diet) unless his/her normal fat reserves are reasonably well stocked.  It is for this reason also that every case, even those that are actually gaining must eat to capacity of the most fattening foods they can get down until they have had the third HCG dose.  It seems to take about three injections before abnormally deposited fat begins to circulate and thus become available.  Do not be concerned, even if you gain 1-3 pounds from this ‘gorging’ but it is quite essential.

All people must eat frequently of highly concentrated foods such as milk chocolate, pastries with whipped cream, sugar, fried meats, eggs, bacon, mayonnaise, bread with thick butter and jam etc. for the first two days of taking the shots.  Eat and enjoy.”

Holy Moly!  Did you just read that?!

It's like giving a kid the key to a candy store!  I went shopping.
Tillamook Double Something Chocolate Craziness Ice Cream, croissants, peanut butter, pizza, McD's, Mochas, cheese, bread, bread, bread!, pasta...

The thrill of buying and planning to consume food that was normally nowhere close to the realm of reality was exciting.  I was so flumoxed that I circled my grocery store a half a dozen times before I came to all of my 'dirty' little choices!

HOME! Put away all of my materials - pre-loaded syringes with HCG in them (into the frigde, as advised), ice cream and treats into the freezer and settled in to re-read the materials.  Next step is starting DAY ONE... injecting and FAT LOADING... Half of that sounds like a lot of fun!
