How To Get A Boob Lift, Tummy Tuck And Butt Boost WITHOUT Surgery

Plastic surgery is sooo 2008. Not only is it expensive and unnatural, it doesn’t fix the problems that caused you to need the knife in the first place. Instead of trying to quick fix your less-than firm body, go right to the cause - eating and exercise issues. You can’t spot train to burn just belly fat or thigh padding – but you can tone and strengthen specific muscle groups for a leaner, tighter look. Incorporate these moves into your existing workout for surgery-free success.

The No-Knife Tummy Tuck: The secret to a flat stomach is not crunches – it’s cardio. “I am such an advocate for cardio,” says Mel Gregory, an ExerciseTV trainer. “You have to melt the fat, and until the fat is gone, all the fabulous sit-ups you’re doing won’t been visible.”  Pair your cardio – at least a half-hour of walking, running, swimming or biking with enough intensity to break a sweat - with smart nutrition. That means eliminating processed sugars, swapping out simple carbs for whole grains, and making sure you’re eating lots of vegetables at every meal. While you’re burning fat, Gregory recommends firming your abs with a ball ab workout, ab twists, planks and Jillian Michael's CORE WORKOUT below.

Implant-Free Bust Boosters:  To improve your front, start with your back. Perfect posture will not only make you look slimmer, it will help lift your bust AND better frame your figure – nothing makes your décolletage droop like slumped shoulders. “Take a nice deep breath, put your shoulders back, tighten your tummy... instant added perkiness!” says Gregory. Keeping that posture up all day requires some work. “Having a strong upper back will help you stand tall,” she says. Gregory recommends reverse flies and pushups to build the muscles you need to stand up straight.

Lipo-less Butt Lift:
The Gluteus Maximus makes up the largest muscle in your glutes (hence the name) – but it’s not the only one. There are over 20 muscles in your pelvic floor, and you need to tone them all for a rockin’ rear. “You have to do lunges on all planes of motion,” says ExerciseTV trainer Patrick Murphy. That means straight forward and backward lunges won’t do it. Try moving to the side, on a diagonal, or using steps – anything dynamic that mimics natural movement.  “Bodies are built to move this way, and you should train that way as well,” he says.

This is a great article. I have been working out with Leslie Sansone and have dropped over 30lbs in a year. I first saw her on Exercise TV. I enjoy it and it's great because you get an overall body workout. I am addicted! Jillian Michaels recommends her too..

Agree with all except the boob advice, they don't magically grow or look bigger. No matter how many push up bras I bought. I went and got mine done and love them. My clothes fit so much better, But hey thats me. It hurts really bad so don't do it unless you really want them, so your able to justify the excruciating pain your in for 2 weeks or ore.

Or here's an idea. Find a pool near where you live and 3 times a week swim. It tones your whole body and it's FUN. I'm all for fun ways to tone up and look good.

I have to tell you I am 85 pounds thinner then I use to be. Cardio is paramount in making the stomach go down. I stopped doing the stomach situps for now because when you exercise them they are like any other muscle in the body they grow. Cardio no less then 35 mins a day helps to flatten the ab's. I change my routine I use the bike, elliptical and walk. The elliptical you can vary your work out quite a bit. Good Luck my best advice is take it slow your weight didnt get their over nite. So if it took 15 years to get their take a little off at a time and when you stop loosing bulk up on your food for a few weeks alternate running and walking and then drop your food consumption down after 3 weeks and you will start loosing again...Have a great day.
