How to stop binge eating with 10 challenges

user

We all know that life can be tough at times.  We are thrown obstacles and our drive can sometimes seem
obscured.  In the times we struggle the most with binge eating disorder, it's so important that our goal of winning the battle stays at the forefront of our mind.  This will help us make the best decisions that we can when it comes to binge eating or not.  In order for me to keeping on going instead of giving up, I had to remain focused on what I truly wanted.

To help me achieve ultimate focus, I created "challenges" for myself to prove that I was strong enough to accomplish anything I set out to do.  Each time I successfully fulfilled the challenge, I was reminded that I am a strong person and can achieve a healthy relationship with food, without being constantly controlled by binge eating disorder.

The 10 challenges that helped me realize I could overcome binge eating disorder are:

1.  Challenge yourself to find something that makes you happy and do it.

2.  Challenge yourself to learn or do something new.

3.  Challenge yourself to focus on your future instead of your past.

4.  Challenge yourself to make a list of everything you want to do in your life.

5.  Challenge yourself to vent out any stress, frustration, or anxiety.

6.  Challenge yourself to bite off more than you can chew, while learning how to spit.

7.  Challenge yourself to be the person you dream of being.

8.  Challenge yourself to fall in love with your quirks, flaws, and imperfections.

9.  Challenge yourself to learn something new, do it well, and show it off.

10.  Challenge yourself to have outrageous amounts of fun.
