I Need Advice: Pain in my Back!

Help!  I need a quick fix for lower back pain.  I woke up writhing in pain today and it's not going away.  I'm not sure if I pulled a muscle while working out the day before in a new abs-class I just started, or if I'm having kidney pain from dehydration.

It hurts to stand up and sit down, I can barely sit at my desk or get in and out of a car.  There's no relief whether I curl up into a ball or stretch out on the floor.  I tried yoga stretches, I tried aspirin, nothing seems to be helping.  If anyone out there can offer a cure...please do!

Have you tried to look on web md? I think they have a sympton checker with a body diagram to help pinpoint the problem. What was the last strenous or wierd activity you did beforehand that may have caused this?

Thats how that kind of thing starts you're fine, you're fine, you're not. The only thing you can do is baby it I don't know of an Quick fixes. Just take it easy you don't want it to become a permanent thing.
