It is obvious that people all around the world are getting overwhelmed by being gradually stressed out with their lives nowadays. Not surprisingly, there are many factors that cause us becoming stressful with our daily lives by trying extremely hard to force ourselves to make changes according to what situation we face. Apparently, it seems like a problem bothering our peaceful lives, in fact, it only does if we can not find any way to cope with it.

The causes of being stressful are practically listed as infinity. Every day, each person faces some kind of challenge, major or minor, just like having a meeting in the afternoon, thinking about how tough the final test will be, preparing for a family dinner, buying a new car, being in a relationship and even planning for a relaxing vacation will indicate a variety of stresses due to decision making. Some people will experience a more stressful time when they lose their loved ones or feel a tremendous of emptiness while going through an unpredictable or inevitable disaster in their lives. It is pretty common for them to suffer from insomnia, losing appetite of food, being self-destructive, being addicted to drugs, facing hormone imbalance problems, increasing risk of health problems such as haert attack, or to a more serious degree, having an intention to commit suicide. Basically, it depends on how serious stresses have been accumulated in one's mind.

Nevertheless, this problem can be solved by putting some effort to find a way to de-stress ourselves. In fact, using humor can also be a form of stress coping, as the old say " laughter is the best medicine".  By being around with people who are happy and like to make jokes, it is never too hard for us to cope with stress when we feel a sense of happiness and have a great time relaxing our mind with laughter. Apart from that, doing meditation can be very productive as well, for an instance,a person can increase his relaxation and lower his blood pressure, and also muscle tension by practicing Yoga. Besides that, reading a book or taking a warm bath can also produce medication which will decrease the stress levels in our mind. In addition, taking a nap in the afternoon actually helps to relieve the stresses accumulated throughout the day and refresh our mind from being stuck with a plenty of ideas, problems, worries and plans. There are many ways for us to cope with stress. Remember, ignoring it is not going to be the best solution, in fact, it is counterproductive for all of us with unforeseeable diseases mentally and physically.
