Make Spinach even Healthier

Spinach is one of the healthiest things you can eat, but did you know there are things you can do to "unlock" the calcium from this amazing leafy green?

We could go on all day listing the vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants in spinach, but you have to eat spinach in combination with certain other foods to get the benefits of the calcium spinach stores.

Apparently combining raw spinach with acidic foods such as oranges, strawberries, and vinegar will do the trick. The next time you have a spinach salad, toss it with a few mandarin oranges or strawberries and top with your fave oil & vinegar dressing to help your bones be their best!

    This is sooo truth and that is why I love Juice Plus, my family and I are taking Juice Plus and is amazing what the combination of the nutrients found in fruits and vegetables can do for our wellness. We all should eat 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables but almost nobody does and I feel so blessed that I found out about this because is 17 kinds of fruits and vegetables in capsules. Before I'd think this is something from the future but I'm so glad that's real and available now. I could be writing pages about it because I'm so passionate for the results on the researches but I don't want to go too far but I would be glad to share more information.
