My Favorite Diet Tips

These are the diet tips that have actually helped me to lose 35 pounds:

1. Shakes Before Noon. I found that if I drink a shake before noon, it stops my overeating--cold.
2. Weight Training. It boosted my metabolism big time, and I diodn´t get bulky.
3. Stop Family from Sabotaging Your Diet.

I lost 35 pounds in 6 months, no lie.

    Shakes? like regular milkshakes?? weight training everyday? For how long each session? I am always looking for some good diet tips...

    well come on now use ur common sense do you rrrrreally think she is suggesting having milkshakes every morning to lose weight? I dont think so lol
