Not panicking....

Here's how completely awesome my very first day of being 100%, Really, Truly, Totally committed to the plan worked:

2 slices of Little Caesars Pizza and 2 packets of peanut butter crackers.

Of course, if that was all I ate, I'd be okay (but unhealthy).  But of course I ate the rest of the day too.

Don't panic, don't panic....I have 27 years of not so stellar eating habits to break, so a slip is going to happen, right?  It doesn't mean I will fail miserably, right?  So, this is me--totally not panicking.  I got this.  (Right?)

What plan? That's terrible. Pizza and crackers are nothing but simple carbohydrates and empty calories that won't give you any staying power. Go with complex carbs only and lean protein , and you'll fill fuller longer. In between , load up on fresh fruit and raw veggies with some low cal ranch dip. Write down everything you eat. It makes a difference.

LOL. It makes more sense if you read the day before...The "plan" is Weight Watchers and I KNOW that pizza and crackers are crap...that's why I'm chastizing myself. Thanks for the tips-I'm trying, but, like I said, sometimes it takes awhile to change bad habits, especially in a house where others are eating poorly.
