Phentermine Side Effects, How to Suppress Appetite Safely

Often out of frustration or even desperation to start seeing some fast results, people who are trying to lose weight often resort to diet pills and potions that make promises they really can’t keep. Phentermine, which is a prescription appetite suppressant, is only recommended for those who are morbidly obese, and it is only approved for short term use. It has side effects including blurred vision, dry mouth, sleeplessness, irritability and constipation and it can also increase blood pressure and heart rate.

If you have more than 100 pounds to lose, Phentermine has too many side effects that make it intolerable to many people. You might want to consider a holistic weight loss program centered on using Christian coaching and counseling to provide encouragement, and healing through the study of scripture, prayer and support to help you to reach your weight loss goals. We are reminded in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” So, while the task of considering weight loss surgery alternatives might be daunting, you can be assured that God will be there to give you strength and courage as you move towards restoring your body to health and vitality, and your weight loss coach will be there to support your progress.

A powerful weight loss surgery alternative is working with a Christian weight loss coach to receive counseling to help you get to the root of the issues that caused you to become overweight and have kept you from being successful at taking the weight off. Once you have addressed the emotional reasons for the weight gain, losing the weight permanently becomes so much easier.

So, take heart. There is no need to deal with Phentermine side effects. For holistic weight loss that provides weight loss surgery alternatives and restores faith, confidence and vitality, Christian weight loss coaching is a perfect solution. Matthew 19:26 reminds us that, "With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Why not give up the struggle and rely on God’s strength to help you achieve your weight loss goals?

WHATEVER. You sound like my crazy, bible-thumping aunt.

I prefer to stick to the Satan Diet.I eat lost souls (no calories) all day long.

    Weirdos.
