Read Your Way to a Thinner Body!

Have you ever wondered how the fashion industry stays so thin and fashionably fit? Well, we wonder too! Thankfully, there are books out there that will give you the skinny on diet and exercise the industry uses to stay fit and thin. So check out the tip-top books that will have you feeling like every step you take is down the catwalk, because Kate Moss did say that, "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." Not that we actually agree with that statement, but she does kind of have a point.

1. Model Body Secrets by Bogumil Gizewski, coming soon, at modelbodysecrets.com

2. The Red Carpet Work Out by Jordan Paramour and Joe Fournier, $8.23, atamazon.co.uk

3. The Abs Diet for Women by David Zinczenko, $16.47, at amazon.com

4. The Little Book of Calorie Burning by Gill Paul, $9.95, at amazon.com

5. The Diet Delusion by Gary Taube, $23.39, at amazon.co.uk

Kate Moss is crazy, I kind of like food... but I might have to read some of these books.

I'm always wary of diet books, but Model Body Secrets looks like a worthy read

Skinny b---- ! Even if you can't do the vegan thing all the time, just do it for a month a few times a year. You'll feel amazing.
